TrackwiseRX provides a digital platform for personal medication tracking and health data management. The service is designed to help you organize and monitor your health information in a secure and accessible way.

TrackwiseRX is provided "as is" and "as available."

The service is intended for personal use only and is not a replacement for medical devices, diagnostics, or professional healthcare tools.

We may update or improve features from time to time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you enter into TrackwiseRX.
• Protect your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Use the service lawfully. You agree not to misuse TrackwiseRX in any way that could harm the service, other users, or violate applicable laws.
• Understand the purpose. TrackwiseRX is a tracking tool, not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

TrackwiseRX is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content within the app, including reminders, analytics, or summaries, is for informational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decisions. If you experience a medical emergency, call your doctor or local emergency services immediately.

Your data belongs to you. We never sell or share your personal or health information for any purpose beyond providing and improving the service.

You may:

• Export your data at any time in standard formats (PDF, XLSX).
• Delete your account and all associated data whenever you choose. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered, and removal from all systems may take up to 30 days.

We work hard to keep TrackwiseRX running smoothly, but we can't guarantee that it will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

We are not liable for data loss or interruptions caused by such events.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Trackwise Health LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TrackwiseRX.
• The service is provided without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• If any portion of this section is found invalid, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of TrackwiseRX in the previous 12 months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective Date" above and notify users through in-app messages or email.

Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be handled in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.
